A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A CONDITIONAL DEDICATION
DEED DEDICATING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM VEHIC-
ULAR ACCESS RIGHTS ON OR TO BALL ROAD ACROSS
PORTIONS OF THE PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, JAMES L. PRITCHARD and ZELLA E. PRITCHARD,
husband and wife, are the owners of the hereinafter described
property; and
WHEREAS, said owners have offered to dedicate to the
City of Anaheim any and all vehicular access rights which they
may have for access on or to Ball Road across the southerly
portions of the hereinafter described property, said dedication
to be effective at the time said property acquires permanent
access rights from the rear or northerly boundary thereof either
to Dale Avenue or Ball Road; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be for
the benefit and best interest of the City to accept said offer
at purchase said access rights;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Conditional Dedication Deed executed
by JAMES L. PRITCHARD and ZELLA E. PRITCHARD, husband and wife,
as joint tenant owners of the following described property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to wit:
PARCEL 1: That portion of the Southeast quarter
of the Southwest quarter of Section 13, Township
4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, Page 11
of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California.
Beginning at the Southwest corner of land described
in a deed to Ted F. Kobiitz and wife, recorded
November 3, 1947, in Book 1594, Page 203 of
Official Records, said Southwest corner being
South 89 59' 15" West 657.10 feet from the
Southeast corner of said Southwest quarter; thence
South 89° 59' 15" West along the Southerly line
of said Section 13, a distance of 80.00 feet;
thence North 0 09' 30" East parallel with the
Westerly line of said land of Ted F. Kobl itz
to the Southerly line of Tract No. 2228, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 69, Pages 34 to 37
inclusive of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of
Orange County, California; thence North 89 59'
26" East 80.00 feet along said Southerly line
to the Westerly line of said land of Ted F.
Koblitz; thence South 0 09 30" West to the
point of beginning.
PARCEL 2: That portion of the Southeast quarter
of the Southwest quarter of Section 13, Township
4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, Page 11
of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Southerly line of
said Section 13, said point being 80 feet South
89 59 15" West from the Southwest corner of
land described in deed to Ted F. Koblitz and wife,
recorded November 3, 1947 in Book 1594, Page 203
of Official Records, said Southwest corner being
South 89 591 15" West 657.10 feet from the
Southeast corner of said Southwest quarter; thence
continuing South 89 59 15" West along the
Southerly line of said Section 13, a distance of
80 feet; thence North 0° 09 30" East parallel
with the Westerly line of land of said Ted
Koblitz to the Southerly line of Tract No. 2228,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 69, Pages 34
to 37 inclusive of Miscellaneous Maps, Records
d'Orange County, California; thence North 89°
59' 26" East along said Southerly line 80 feet
to the Northwest corner of land conveyed to
Richard N. Foresman and wife by deed recorded
April 8, 1958 in Book 4249, Page 404 of Official
Records; thence South 0 09 30" West along said
Westerly line of land conveyed to Foresnian to
the point of beginning;
dedicating to the City of Anaheim any and all vehicular access
rights on or to Ball Road across the southerly portions of the
hereinabove described property bordering on Ball Road, subject
to the provision, however, that said dedication shall not be
of any force or effect until such time as said property above
described acquires permanent access rights from the rear or northerly
boundary thereof either to Dale Avenue or Ball Road, be, and the
same is hereby, accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 31st day of May 1961.

May, 1961, by the following vote of the members thereof:

ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Thompson
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Resolution No. 6948 on the 31st day of
May, 1961.
