A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY QOUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 6295 IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS
NO. 60 -61 -2.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
heretofore, to wit, on September 20, 1960, adopt Resolution
No. 6295 in Reclassification Proceedings No. F- 60 -61 -2, upon
application from Clarence Beatty Neighbors, et al., for a
change of zones of certain real property described in said
resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the description
of Parcel No. B as contained in said resolution is erroneous
and should be corrected; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that
Condition No. 5 of Resolution No. 6295 reads as follows:
115. That pertinent plot and building plans
for the development of the R -3 portion
of subject property be submitted to the
City Council for approval."
and that said Condition No. 5 should be amended to read:
"5. That the owners of subject property place
of record City of Anaheim R -3 Deed Restric-
tions covering the R -3 portion of subject
property, approved by the City Attorney,
which restrictions shall provide that the
three member Architectural Control Committee
shall consist of two representatives of
the City appointed by the City Council."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that
an ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of
zones and completing said proceedings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 6295 in Reclassifi-
cation Proceedings No. F- 60 -61 -2 be, and the same is hereby,
amended as follows:
1. That the description of Parcel No. B be corrected to
read as follows:
"PARCEL B:
That portion of the Southeast quarter of Section 5,
in Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho
San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a map re-
corded in book 51, page 10, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, described as
follows:

"5 That the owners of subject property place of
record City of Anaheim R -3 Deed Restrictions
covering the R -3 portion of subject property,
approved by the City Attorney, which restric-
tions shall provide that the three member
Architectural Control Committee shall consist
of two representatives of the City appointed
by the City Council."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 6295 be and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 16th day of May, 1961.
Beginning at the intersection of the center lines
of La Palma and Euclid (formerly Nicolas) Avenues,
as shown on the map of Tract No.' 483, recorded in
book 17., page 20, Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said Orange County, and running thence North 0° 02
23" East along said center line of Euclid Avenue,
183.50 feet to the Northeast corner of said Tract
No. 483, thence North 89° 55' 37" West along the
North line of said Tract No. 483, 398.00 feet to
the true point of beginning of the boundary of the
land described herein; thence North 0° 02 23" East
parallel with said center line of Euclid Avenue,
170.48 feet to a point in a curve concave South-
easterly and having a radius of 168.00 feet, a radial
line to said point bearing South 35 351 48" East;
thence Northeasterly along said curve through a
central angle of 35 401 11" an arc distance of
104.59 feet to the end of said curve; thence North
0° 02 23" East parallel with said center line of
Euclid Avenue 406.50 feet to the North line of the
land described in the deed to Clarence Beatty
Neighbors and others, recorded December 30, 1949,
in book 1948, page 265, Official Records; thence
along said North line, North 89° 55' 37" West
1350.02 feet to the Northwest corner of.the land
described in said Deed to Clarence Beatty Neighbors;
thence along the West line of said land South 0°
02 23" West 608.00 feet to the Northwest corner
of said Tract No. 483• thence along the North line
of said Tract, South 89 55 37" East 1252.00 feet,
more or less, to the true point.of beginning."
2. That Condition No. 5 of said Resolution No. 6295
be amended to read:

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 6904 was introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting provided by law, of the City Council
of the City of Anaheim, held on the 16th day of May, 1961, by the
following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Chandler, Fry, Thompson and Schutte
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Coons.
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Resolution No. 6904 on the 16th day of May, 1961.
