A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
C 1T Y OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility purposes

WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered to
sell and convey the same to tTe City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that. the offer of PROVIDENCE FARMING COMPANY, a
limited Rartnership

to be used for an easement for public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under and across that
portion of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section
21, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon
de Santa Ana, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the West line of said Northeast
quarter with the South line of Tract No. 2802, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 115, Pages 45 and 46 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said County; thence along the Easterly prolongation of said South
line North 89° 351 11" East 38.00 feet; thence parallel with said West
line North 0 11 40" West 176.24 feet; thence parallel with the North
line of said Northeast quarter North 89° 261 50" East 281.00 feet; thence
South 0 331 10" East 25.00 feet; thence South 89 26 50" West 256.16
feet to a line parallel with and distant 63.00 feet Easterly from said

of Anah,:1m be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Finds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)0
