WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did receive a request for a Conditional Use Permit from
Moraga Fulton Building Company, 6305 Woodman Avenue, Van Nuys,
California, to construct a mobile -home development, or trailer
park, on the following described property;
Parcel 1: Lots 1 to 1 1 inclusive of Tract No.
2567, shown on a Map recorded in Book112, pages
16 and 17 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.
Parcel 2: That portion of the Southwest one quarter
of the Northeast one quarter of Section 7, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
as said Section is shown on a Map recorded in Book
51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of
the County Recorder of said County, described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Tract No. 2567
as per Map recorded in Book 112, pages 16 and 17 of
Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said County; thence along the Northerly
prolongation of the West line of said Tract No.
2567, North 0° 461 07" West 133.00 feet; thence
North 41° 07' 08" East 92.64 feet to a point in a
curve concave Northeasterly having a radius of
220.00 feet, the radial to said point bearing
South 41° 07' 08" West; thence Southeasterly
along said curve 163.36 feet; thence tangent to
said curve North 88° 34 25 East 16.98 feet;
thence North 1° 25' 35" West 100.00 feet; thence
South 88° 34 25" West 20.00 feet; thence North
1° 25' 35" West 20.00 feet; thence North 88° 34 25"
East 278.00 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave Southwesterly having a radius of 114
feet; thence Southeasterly along said curve 2314.57
feet; thence tangent to said curve South 0° 45
24" East 536.37 feet more or less to the South
line of said Southwest one- quarter; thence along
said South line South 88° 34 25" West 324.00
feet to the Southeast corner of said Tract No.
2567; thence along the boundary of said Tract
2567 North 0° 45 24" West 426.15 feet, South
88° 311 25" West 156.98 feet, South 0 1.1_6 50"
East 3.15 feet, and South 88° 3L 25" West 153.83
feet to the point of beginning.
AND WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a
public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said
request on September 6, 1961, notices of which said public
hearing, were duly given as required by law and the provisions
of Title 18, Chapter 18.76 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DENYING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 146.

WHEREAS, said Commission, after dui: Inspection,
investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf and
after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at
said hearing, did adopt its Resolution No. 62, Series 1961 -62,
granting Conditional Use Permit No. 146 subject to the con-
ditions 'set forth therein; and
WHEREAS, thereafter within twenty -two (22) days
from the date of the adoption of -said resolution, written
appeals were filed with the City Council of the City of
Anaheim protesting the action -of the -City Planning Commission
granting said Conditional Use Permit, and said appeals were
set for public hearing on October 10 1961 at 7:00 o'clock
P.M. at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim, and notice
of such public hearing was duly given as-required by law and
the provisions of Title 18, Chapter 1$.76 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed/for said
public hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct
such hearing and did give all persons interested therein an
opportunity to -be heard andfd-id receive evidence and reports;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find, after careful
consideration of the recommendations of the City Planning
Commission and all evidence and reports offered at said hearing,
that Conditional Use Permit No. 1I6 should be denied;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the action of the City Planning
Commission granting Conditional Use Permit No. 146 be, and the
same is hereby disapproved, and that therequest of Moraga-
Fulton Building Company, 6305 Woodman Avenue, Van Nuys,
California, for a Conditional Use Permit to construct a
mobile -home development, or trailer park, on the property
hereinabove described, be and the same is hereby denied.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 10th day of October, 1961.
