A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY FURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes ancT
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered t
sell and convey the same to `die City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of ELECTRA MOTORS INC., a

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across the Westerly 38 feet (as measured to the center line of Lemon
Street) of that parcel of land being a portion of the East half of the
Southwest quarter of Section 3, Township i South, Range 1. West, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at the
Northwest corner of the South half of the Northeast quarter of the
Southwest quarter of said Section 3; thence Easterly along the Northerly
line of the South half of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter
of said Section 3 to a point in the Northerly Extension of the Westerly
line of the land described as Parcel 2 in the Deed to U.S. Industrial
Alcohol Co., recorded November 15, 1926 in Book 689, Page 83 of
Deeds; thence South 0° 02 15" East along said extended line and along
the Westerly line of Parcels No. 1 and 2, as conveyed to said U. S.
Industrial Alcohol Co. to a point North G° 02 15" West measured along
the Westerly line of Parcel 2 in said deed, 557.00 feet from the
Southerly line of said Section 3, said point being the true point of
beginning; thence South 0° 02 15" East along the Westerly line of said
Parcel 2, a distance of 372.00 feet; thence parallel and distant
Northeasterly 150.00 feet measured at right angles to the Northerly
lint: of Los Angeles Street (80.00 feet wide) North 60° 51 15" West
496.89 feet to a point, said point being distant L.27.00 feet measured
at right angles to the Southerly line of said Section 3; thence West
parallel to the Southerly line of said Section 3, a distance of 170.6E
feet to the West line of the East half o the Southwest quarter of said
Section 3; thence North 0° 01 05" East a distance of 130.00 feet;
thence East 60.33 feet to the true point of beginning.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
