A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING TEMPORARY WAIVER
OF.OIPLIANCE WITH CERTAIN CONDITIONS IN
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 136.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did heretofore
adopt its Resolution No. 6 Series 1961 -62 granting Conditional
Use Permit No. 136 permitting the construction of a church on
the property described in said resolution, subject to certain
conditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, a temporary waiver of Conditions Nos. 5, 6,
8 and 10 set forth in said resolution has been requested, and
a resolution agreement of the Grace Baptist Church, the appli-
cant for said Conditional Use Permit, has been submitted to
the City Council, a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof, wherein said church agrees to perform and comply
with certain terms and conditions if said temporary waiver is
granted; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that a temporary waiver
of the requirements of Conditions Nos. 5, 6, 8 and 10 of said
Conditional Use Permit No. 136 should be granted in accordance
with the terms and conditions set forth in said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that a temporary waiver of Conditions
Nos. 5, 6, 8 and 10 of Conditional Use Permit No. 136 be, and
the same is hereby granted, in accordance with the terms and
conditions set forth in the resolution agreement of the Grace
Baptist Church, dated September 13, 1961, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 19th day of September, 1961.

1. W. will work out an agreement concerning the extension of Heron street
with the Free Methodist Church, whose property to the east of that portion
of our property in question, would be directly affected by such extension,
this agreement to be satisfacrtory to the City of Anaheim. In the event that
the property of the Free Methodist Church: is not developed for Church use
we will comply with the present condition for the extension of Baron Street
as imposed by the City of Anaheim.
2. We will attempt to work out an agreement with the owners of the property
ad;oining ()ere on the east and south and west, to acc mtplimh one erection
of a wall dividing our properties is accordance with the plan of the City
of Anaheim, in granting our Conditional Use Permit.
3. It is understood and agreed the conditions of Conditional Use Permit #13
must be complied with, and that no ether building permits other than that
for our first bitidi.ng, being apprcxt ate3,y 32 by 50 will be isaued until

by the City Council
