A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENTS
FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE
STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES.
WHEREAS, a supplemental to the master agreement executed
March 20, 1961, between the State Department of Public Works,
Division of Highways, and the City of Anaheim has been presented
to the Council for consideration; and
WHEREAS, the Council has heard read said agreement and
is familiar with the contents thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that said supplemental agreement be and
the same is hereby approved and the Director of Public Works
and the City Engineer are directed to sign the same on behalf
of said City, said agreement to be binding upon the City upon
its execution by the authorized officials of the State.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 22nd day of August, 1961.
