1961-7086RESOLUTION NO. 7086 Traffic Engineer Police Public Works A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING A FIFTEEN MINUTE PARKING ZONE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF LINCOLN AVENUE NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF LINCOLN AVENUE AND PHILADELPHIA STREET. .WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, by reso- lution, as provided in.Title 14, Chapter 14.44 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, order and direct the installation of parking meters on Lincoln Avenue in-the City of Anaheim, which meters were duly installed; and WHEREAS, Section 14.)) .070 of the Anaheim Municipal Code provides that parking limits previously established by the City Council may be increased, shortened, or done away with from time to time, by resolution of the Council; and WHEREAS; the'City Council;does find that the park- ing time limit for the third parking meter space on the south side of Lincoln Avenue, east of the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Philadelphia Street, is now two hours and that the parking time limit for said third parking meter zone should be changed to fifteen minutes; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the parking time limit for the third parking meter space on the south side of Lincoln Avenue, east of the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Philadelphia Street, in the City of Anaheim, be changed from two hours to fifteen minutes. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to change the parking time limit on said parking meter to fifteen minutes, and to place and maintain upon the curb surface within said parking meter zone, green paint or other green material.
