desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ANAHEIM POST NO. 72.
THE AMERICAN LEGION DEPARTMENT OF CALIFORNIA
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:

over, under and across that parcel of land described
as follows:
The Northerly 2.5 feet of Lot One (1) of Tract No.
143, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 11, Page
3 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
