A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public uti l ityyu poses and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ham offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ARNOLD C. MAASS and
CLARA V. MAASS, husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim t e following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
and more par e described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land de-
scribed as follows:
The Westerly 53.00 feet (as measured at right
angles to the center line of Placentia Avenue)
of the Southerly 85.00 feet of the Northerly
276.00 feet of the South half of the North half
of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, S.B.B. M.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
