1961-7350WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did on October 30, 1961, adopt Resolution No. 129 Series 1961 -62 finding and recommending to the City Council that the name of a certain street in the City of Anaheim, designated "Banyon Court," be changed to Banyan Drive; and WHEREAS, after careful consideration of the matter, the City Council does find that in accordance with the findings and recommendation of the City Planning Commission, and in order to avoid confusion, public convenience and necessity require that the name of that certain street in Tract No. 3370 in the City of Anaheim, designated as Banyon Court, be changed to Banyan Drive. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ctty of Anaheim that the name of that certain street in Tract No. 3370 in the City of Anaheim, designated "Banyon Court," be, and the same is hereby, changed to Banyan Drive.
