A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ALLEY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for alley purposes;
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of PERPETUAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION, a corporation, to sell to the City of Anaheim the
following described real property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, to be used for an easement
for alley purposes, and more particularly described as follows:
A temporary easement for alley purposes in, over and across
the real property described as follows:
Being a portion of the Southwest quarter of the North-
east quarter of Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 10
West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as said section is shown
on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California, described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 11 of Tract
No. 2567, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 112,
pages 16 and 17 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California; thence North 0 45' 24" West,
a distance of 76.18 feet; thence North 1 25 35" West,
a distance of 61.00 feet; thence South 88° 341 25" West
a distance of 81.83 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence North. 1 25 35" West, a distance of 100.00 feet;
thence South 88° 34' 25" West, a distance of 20.00 feet;
thence South 1 25 35" East, a distance of 99.98 feet
to a point on a non- tangent curve concave to the North-
east, having a radius of 220.00 feet; a radial line through
said point bears North 0 38 23" West; thence South-
easterly along said curve through a central angle of
0° 47' 12" an arc distance of 3.02 feet; thence North
85 34 25" East, a distance of 16.98 feet to the
true point of beginning.
This easement herein granted shall terminate upon the
recordation of Tract No. 4060 adjoining.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
