1962-0366RESOLUTION NO. 62R 366 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES. Finance Dir R/W Attorney WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim did heretofore enter into an escrow with JOSE CISNEROS aka JOSE 2. CISNEROS, and AIJOU5TINA N. CINEROS, aka AUGUSTINA CISNEROS, husband and wiL at United California Bank, Anaheim Office for te purchase of the hereinafter described real property for municipal purposes; and WHEREAS, said United California Bank is now ready to close said escrow, and a deed has been pre- pared conveying said property to the City of Anaheim free and clear of all encumbrances except the second half of all general and special taxes for the fiscal year 1961 -62, and all covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights, rights of way and easements of record, as approved by the City Attorney. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the deed conveying the following described property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to wit: PARCEL 1: That portion of Lot A of Tract No. 97, as per map recorded in Book 11 Page 39 of Niscellaneous Daps, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the westerly line of said Lot A, distant thereon 275 feet southerly from the northwest corner of said lot, and running thence southerly along the westerly line of said lot, 40 feet; thence easterly, parallel with the northerly line of said lot, 100 feet; thence northerly, parallel with the westerly line of said lot, 40 feet; thence westerly parallel with the northerly line of said lot, 100 feet to the point of beginning. PARCEL 2: That portion of Lot A of Tract No. 97, as per map recorded in Book 11, Page 39 of Miscellaneous Naps, described as follows: Commencing on the easterly line of Parry Avenue at a point 355 feet from the northwest corner of said Tract No. 97; thence East 100 feet, parallel to the North line of Tract No. 97, to the true point of beginning; thence North 80 feet, parallel with the east line of Parry Avenue; thence East 35.4 feet parallel with the north line of said Tract No. 97; thence South 80 feet to a point which is 35.i1_ feet East of the true point of beginning; thence West 35./14 feet, parallel with the North line of said Tract No. 97, to the true point of beginning. -1- to the City of Anaheim, free and clear of all encumbrances, except as hereinabove set forth, be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said escrow holder be, and it is hereby, authorized to deliver to said Vendors the amount of the purchase price of said property, hereto- fore deposited in escrow, when all conditions of said escrow have been met and complied with.
