1962-0355RESOLUTION NO. 62R -355 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utilit ur oses and WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to sell and convey the same t© the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by City Council of the City of Anaheim that the offer of HENRY STEINBRINK and ROSA C. E. STEINBRINK husband and wife to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes It II a an more par cu ar y escr If o ovs o An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and across that parcel of land described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Placentia Avenue (60 feet wide) with the center line of Santa Ana Street (49.50 feet wide) as shown on a Map of Tract No. 1697 recorded in Book 59, pages 43, 44 and 45 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California; thence South 0 10' 27" West along the center line of said Placentia Avenue a distance of 788.96 feet; thence North 89 49' 33" West 53 feet; thence North 0 10' 27" East 716.60 feet to the beginning of a curve concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 20 feet; thence Northeasterly, Northerly and Northwesterly along said curve, through a central angle of 105 38' 18" an arc distance of 36.87 feet to the intersection of a line 30 feet Southerly (as measured at right angles) from the center line of said Santa Ana Street; thence Westerly along a line parallel with and 30 feet Southerly of said Santa Ana Street a distance of 213.30 feet, more or less, to the intersection with the East line of Lot 116 of said Tract No. 1697; thence Northerly along the Northerly prolongation of the East line of Lot 116 of said Tract No. 1697, to the center line of said Santa Ana Street as shown on the Map of said Tract No. 1697; thence North 74 3 09" E st along the center line of said Santa Ana Street 303.05 feet to the point of begs nin be, and the same I s hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said property. -1- BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1 THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this 10th day of April 19 62 0 ATTEST: STATE OF CALIFORNIA) COUNTY OF ORANGE ss CITY OF ANAHEIM (SEAL) 71. irttlutZSF T9-1r C I1Y QF ANAHE I MM I, DENE M.
