1962-0344RESOLUTION NO. 62R -344 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 62R -9Lj RELATING TO THE SALE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY. Finance Dir R/W WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on February 6, 1962 adopt Resolution No. 62R -9L1 authorizing the sale of certain real property therein described to Vista Furniture Company and authorizing the execution of a con- veyance thereof; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the property proposed to be sold and conveyed was incorrectly described in said resolution due to a typographical error, and that said resolution should, therefore, be amended by correcting the description of said real property to read as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that title to said real property should be conveyed to DONALD R. BATES, a married man, as his sole and separate property, and that Resolution No. 62R -94 should be amended and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute a good and sufficient deed conveying the real property to said Donald R. Bates. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 62R -94, adopted by the City Council on February 6, 1962, be, and the same is hereby amended as follows: 1. That the description of the real property contained in said Resolution No. 62R -94 shall be amended to read as follows: That portion of the West half of the Southeast quarter of Section 3, Township L South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscel- laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the center line intersection of Olive Street and Julianna Street, as said intersection is shown on a Record of Survey Map filed in Book 55, page 24 of Record of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California; thence along the center line of said Olive Street, North 0 02' 00" West a distance of 405.92 feet; thence South 89 59' 40" East 160.00 feet to the true point of be- ginning of the land herein described; thence South Os 02' 00" East 29.90 feet; thence South 89 59' 40 East 170.00 feet; thence North 0° 02' 00' West 29.90 feet; thence North 89 59' 40 West 170.00 feet to the true point of beginning. -1- BE said Resoluti effect.
