RES-2006-220RESOLUTION NO. 2006 - 220 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2000R-123 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated September 26, 2006, that Resolution No. 2000R-123 be amended in the manner set forth, effective October 6, 2006; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned amendment to Resolution No. 2000R-123, is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2000R- 123 which established rates of compensation for job classifications designated as Administrative Management. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 2000R-123 be amended as follows:. 1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R-123 be amended by adding the following classifications and allocating them to the salary ranges shown: Classification Salary Range Housing Program Manager X CR18 Golf Superintendent X CR15 Library Operations/Branch Services Manager X CR16 2. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R-123 be amended by deleting the following classifications: Classification Salary Range Golf Manager X CR15 Library Administration Operations Manager X CR14 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said amendments to Resolution No. 2000R-123 shall not become effective until October 6, 2006. AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2000R-123 shall remain in full force and effect. F:\OT3738CS.DOC
