1962-0927WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and p utility purposes and WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to seas and convey the same to the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac- cept said offer and purchase said real property. MARTIN and ANNIE MAE MARTIN husband and wife, to sell to the City of na eim the o owing descri ed real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes more part cu arty describe A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES. an RESOLUTION NO. 62R 927 as ollows: An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and across that parcel of land described as follows: The Northerly 53.00 feet (as measured at right angles to the centerline of Ball Road) of the Westerly 125 feet of the Easterly 315.00 feet of Lot 6 of the Kellogg homestead Tract as shown on a map recorded in Book 8, page 51 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California. For the purpose of this description the North line of said Lot 6 is assumed to be the centerline of said Ball Road. be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said property. �l� BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
