1962-0921A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL Or THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility purposes and WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to seer and convey the same to the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac- cept said offer and purchase said real property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the offer of ALBERT LEVINSON, a married man. as his sole and se•arate •ro•ert to sell to t e ity o Ana eim the o owing •escri•ed real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes mor an RESOLUTION NO. 62R -921 e particu arly •escribe• as oliows: An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and across that portion of the West half of Lot 17 in Block K of the Kraemer Tract, as shown on a map recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of miscellaneous records of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the West half of said Lot 17 of the Kraemer Tract thence North 16 50' 58" West, 1320.52 feet along the East line of the West half of said Lot 17 to an inter- section with the North line of the South half of said Lot 17, thence South 73 08' 17" West 45.70 feet, thence South 16 51' 43" East 1,242.50 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 25.00 feet, thence Southerly and Westerly along said curve through a central angle of 90' 00' 51" an arc distance of 39.28 feet to an intersection with a line tangent to said curve, said point of intersection being at the end of said curve and distant 53.00 feet Northerly (as measured at right angles from the Southerly line of said Lot 17 said Southerly line of said Lot 17 for the purpose of this description being the center line of La Palma Avenue.) thence South 73 09 08" West 256.06 feet to an intersection with the East line of the West 10 acres of the South half of the West half of said Lot 17, thence South 16 50' 52" West 53.00 feet to the South line of said Lot 17, also being the center line of said La Palma Avenue, thence North 73 09' 08" East 326.49 feet along the Southerly line of said Lot 17, also being the center line of said La Palma Avenue, to the point of beginning. be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said property.
