1962-0920WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility purposes and WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to seJ and convey the same to the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac- cept said offer and Purchase said real property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the offer of FRANK M. DEL GIORGIO and MADELEINE H. DEL GIORGIO, husband and wife, to sell to t e ity o 'na eim the o owing descried real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES. and more particularly described as follows: An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and across that parcel of land being a portion of the East half of Lot 17 in Block K of the Kraemer Tract, as shown on a map recorded in Book 12 pages 87 and 88 of miscellaneous records of Los Angeles County, California described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the East half of Lot 17 of said Kraemer Tract, thence North 16" 50' 58" West 300 feet along the West line of the East half of said Lot 17 to an intersection with the North line of the South 300 feet of said Lot 17 (as measured at right angles to the South line of said Lot 17 said South line of Lot 17 also being for the purpose of this description the center line of La Palma Avenue) thence North 73° 08' 17" East 44.52 feet, along the Northerly line of the Southerly 300 feet of said Lot 17, thence South 16° 51' 43" East 222.02 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 25.00 feet, thence Southerly and Easterly along said curve through a central angle of 89 59' 09" an arc distance of 39.29 feet to an intersection with a line tangent to the end of said curve, said point of intersection being distant 53.00 feet Northerly of the South line of said Lot 17, as measured at right angles from the South line of said Lot 17, thence South 16 50' 52" West 53.00 feet to the South line of said Lot 17 also being the center line of said La Palma Avenue, thence South 73 09' 08" West 69.98 feet to the point of beginning. be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said property.
