A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE REQUEST FOR DELAY OF
MEASURE M2 ENVIRONMENTAL CLEANUP PROGRAM (ECP)
FUNDS FOR THE STATE COLLEGE BOULEVARD STORMWATER
CAPTURE AND CONVEYANCE PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim received a grant award of $1,500,000 from the Orange
County Transportation Authority (OCTA) for the State College Boulevard Stormwater Capture
and Conveyance Project; and
WHEREAS, the grant requirements established the end of the 2025 calendar year as the
deadline for the award of a construction contract for this project; and
WHEREAS, OCTA Guidelines require agencies to request authorization from their
governing boards if delays are expected that would exceed the established deadlines.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim as
follows:
Authorize the request to OCTA for a delay of up to 24 months for the State College
Boulevard Stormwater Capture and Conveyance Project.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 9 day of September , 2025, by the
