1955-3010RESOLUTION NO. 3010 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DELD CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITIES PURPOSES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utilities purposes and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the offer of MENASHA CONTAINER CORP©RA- TTON qF CAT LTF0 I to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop- erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for road and Public utilities purposes and more particularly described as follows: An easement to the City of Anaheim for public utilities purposes, over, under and through the Southerly 20.00 feet o land described in a deed recorded in B Page 310 of Official Records, records Orange County, California, being locat the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, of California. -1- road and across f the ook 2819, of ed in State be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey- ance of said property, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 Dollars (n1.00) THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this 22nd day of November 1955 ATTEST: 1 CITY CLERK OF TH CITY OF ANAHEIM.
