A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO
DR. LOUIS H. KOLKER AND ASSOCIATES TO COMPLY
WITH SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR A USE PERMIT FOR
A HOSPITAL.
WHEREAS, on the 12th day of April, 1955, the City
Council did adopt Resolution No. 2710 granting a Special Use
Permit to Dr. Louis H. Kolker and Associates forthe construc-
tion and maintenance of a hospital at the Northwest Corner
of La Palma Avenue and West Street in the City of Anaheim,
upon certain terms and conditions set forth in said resolu-
tion; and
WHEREAS, said resolution did provide that in the
event of the failure to comply with the requirements set
forth in said resolution to the satisfaction of the City
Council, within a period of thirty (30) days, or such further
time as the Council may grant, the said Special Use Permit
shall become null and void; and
WHEREAS, the applicants for said permit have re-
quested an extension of time of ten (10) days, due to the
illness of their attorney, and the City Council finds that
said request is reasonable and should be granted.
NOW, THER.EFOEE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the application for an extension
of time, for a period of ten (10) days, to comply with the
terms and conditions of said Resolution No. 2710 granting
said Special Use Permit, be, and the same is hereby, granted
and that said applicants for said Use Permit shall have to
and including the 23rd day of May, 1955 to comply with the
requirements for said Use Permit.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 12th day of May, 1955.
