A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPOINTING RUTH DAOUST
DEPUTY CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF ANAHr T M.
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that there is a
vacancy in the office of Deputy City Clerk of the City of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that Ruth
Daoust is a person qualified for appointment to fill said
vacancy and a person who has had experience in the office
of the City Clerk.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Ruth Daoust be, and she is here-
by, appointed Deputy City Clerk of the City of Anaheim to
serve during the pleasure of the City Council; and that she
receive the compensation fixed for Schedule No. 23 Step
of Salary Resolution No. 2495 of the City of Anaheim,
subject to such advancements as may be provided for therein
and subject to such changes as may be made by the City Council
from time to time.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 25th day of January, 1955.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City
