RESOLUTION NO. 2597
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES
TO BE MADE FOR THE USE OF CITY PARKS, AND
AUTHORIZING THE COLLECTION THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that there is an
increasing use of the City Parks and an increasing demand
for their use, and that this increased use and demand for
further use has increased the cost of policing, up -keep,
care and maintenance of said parks; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that a schedule
of fees and charges should be established to be paid by
persons, firms, clubs, associations or corporations using
said parks, to offset the increased cost of policing, up-
keep, care and maintenance of said parks.
NOW, THEREFO1, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the following fees and charges
be, and they are hereby, established as the fees and charges
to be paid by persons, firms, clubs, associations, corpora-
tions or other organizations using said parks in the manner
hereinafter set forth:

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent
of Parks and the Recreation Director, and all other servants,
agents or other employees of the City having authority to
grant or permit the use of said parks within the City, be
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to collect the
fees and charges for the uses hereinabove specified in the
amounts herein set forth.
THE FOREGOING J SOLUTION is signed and approved by
me this loth day of December, 1954.

PICNIC REGULATIONS
No picnics of over 100 people in City Park. Reserva-
tions accepted 410.00 per reservation.
No charge for picnics of 500 people or under in
La Palma Park. Reservations available 410.00 per
reservation for a picnic group of 100 people or less.
101 to 200 reservations in La Palma Park 415.00.
201 to 500 reservations 420.00.
Reservations for 500 or more people would be required
420.00, plus a maintenance charge of 48.00.
Concession rights would be available 425.00 a day
or 10% of gross receipts whichever is greater. If
the group falls in the 500 or above bracket, this
charge would be in addition to the reservation and
maintenance charges.
