A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR
Public Utility Purposes
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public ppblic Util..ty Purposesn e for
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
DUNKELD CORPORATION to sell
to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, across,
and along the following described property:
The Southerly three feet of the Westerly thirty feet
of Lot 16, and the Southeasterly three feet of the
Northeasterly thirty feet of Lot 18, all in Tract
No. 2237, City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, as per map recorded in Book 61,
pages 35 to 37 of Miscellaneous Maps in the office
of the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of 'the City
