My name is Dr. Ly Nguyen and I purchased a home in the East Hills track in August 2022,
behind the Anaheim Hills Festival Center.
I picked this location because it is a great neighborhood to raise my now 8 year old
son. The traffic surrounding this area is already congested, especially during peak hours,
and during emergency situations like fires, it is extremely difficult & dangerous to evacuate
the area.
I am against putting apartments/housing in the movie theater location in the Festival
Center or along Santa Ana Canyon. It will create increased traffic & further endanger the
current people living in this area.
I do not approve of any housing properties in the Anaheim Hills Festival Center or any
where along Santa Ana Canyon in Anaheim Hills.
