RESOLUTION NO. 3132
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOO ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purohasing the hereinafter desoribed real property
for publio purposes, to wit: An easement for Road and
P~blic Utility Purposes ; ,and
WHEREAS, the City Counoil of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is f~r the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purohase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counoil of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of JAMES 0 'DAY and
V~ LOUISE OIDAY husband and wife
to sell to the Clty of Anaheim the following desoribed real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for Road and Public Utility Purposes
, and more particularly desoribed as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and aoross the Northerly 10 feet of
the Southerly 40 feet of that parcel of land located
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, described as follows:
The Southerly 180 feet of the Westerly 60 feet of
the Easterly 206 feet of the West * of the SW~ of the
SE~ of the SWi of Section 2, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, S.B.B. & M.
be, and the same is hereby, aocepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a oonvey-
ance of said property.
~ BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no/lOO Dollars (~l.OO).
