AND ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN REAL PRDPER~
FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES.
WHEREAS Frederick D. Robin_on aDd .Anna B. Robinson,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'f RESOLVED by the City COUllC il ot

.naa H. Robinson, husband and wite, to .ell said property, sit-
._d in the City 01' Anaheim, County of Orange, state 01' Cali-
t.rD.ia, described as tollows, 10 wi t:
The East 46 feet of the Westerly 86 teet of
Original City Lot No. 23 of Original Anaheim,
as per map thereot recorded in Book 4, Pages
629 and 630 01' Deeds, Records 01' Los Angeles
County, California.
ror the sum of $20,000.00 cash, lawful money of the United States,
be and the same is hereby accepted, subject to the followiag terms
and condi tions :
1. That possession 01' the house now located on tae
above described property is to be retained by
Frederick D. Robinson and AlUla B. Robinson,
has band and wife, the present owners, for a
period of sixty da1S from and atter the close
of escrow.
2. That all furniture and fixtures in the dwelliag
now on said property, alild the vines and shrubs
located thereon, shall remain the personal pro-
perty of the present owners, Frederick D. Robin-
son and Anna H. Robinson, hasband and w1fe, and
shall be removed on or before 60 days after 0108e
of escrow.

). That subject property shall be conveyed to the
City 01' Anaheim tree and clear of all encumbrances
except all General and SpeCial Taxes for the tlecal
year 1956-57, and taxes which are not yet due, in-
oluding special district levies, payment of which is
included therein and collected therewith; and all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservatiolils,
rights, rights-of-way, and easements of reoord.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administrator
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized ror
and on behalf of the City of Anaheim to sign escrow instruc-
tions for the purchase of said real property and to enter into
an escrow with the owners of said property at All Service
Corporation. 211 East Center Street. Anaheim, California;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer
be. and he is hereby, authorized to draw from the City General
Fund and deposit in escrow at All Service Corporation. 211
East Center Street, Anaheim, California, the sum of Twenty
Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) oash, lawful money of the United
States, to be paid to the owners of said real property when a
deed conveying said property to the City of Anaheim rree and
clear of all encumbrances, except as hereinabove set rorth.
caD be reoorded and a policy of title insurance issued by a
reputable title oompany showing said property vested in the
City of Anaheim as hereinabove specified;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sellers ahall
pay the usual and oustomary sellers' charges for furnishing
a policy of title insurance neoessary to show title vested in
the City of Anaheim, as herein provided,. and that the City or
Anaheim shall pay the usual buyerts share in the purchase or
laid prop erty.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
