A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIE ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT :T FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES
'vEREAS, the City Council of the C1 of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for public
purposes, to wit: An easement for p ublic utilities.
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to sell
said hereinafter described real property to the City of Anaheim for
the sum of One and no /100 (c,1.00) Dollar; and
WHEREAS, the Cite Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to
accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of OTTO H. CLODT and ANN FREDELL CLODT,
McKINLEY and LEONORA G. McKINLEY, husband and wife,
husband and wife, and RANDOLPH to sell to the City of Anaheim
the following described real property situated in the City of Anaheim,.
County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly des-
cribed as follows:
PARCEL 1. An easement for public utilities over, under,
along and across the West 5 feet of the North 170 feet
of Lot 7 of the Anaheim Homestead Tract, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 26, page 10 of Miscellaneous Records
of Los Angeles County, California.
PARCEL 2. An easement for public utilities over, under,
along and across a 5 -foot strip of land lying North of,
West of, and adjoining the following described line:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 23 of Tract
No. 1420, as shown on a map recorded in Book 48, page 4
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, Cali-
fornia; thence North 84° 571 26" East 95.40 feet; thence
North 76° 20 25" East 165.00 feet, more or less, to
the East line of Lot 5 of the Anaheim Homestead Tract,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 26, page 10 of Mis-
cellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California;
thence North 1 3 39' 35" West, along the Easterly line
of said Lot 5, to the Northeast corner of said Lot 5.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
