CENTER ST. 11 ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA 'I RESOLUTION NO. 2083 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING THE PUR- CHASE OF FURNITURE YROM ETTA A. MYERS. General Electric Refrigerator Apartment size gas range Extension table and four chairs Davenport and chair (matching) Occasional chair Step-table with connecting lamp Matching stool Floor lamp 5 throw rugs 22, THE CITY OF ANAHEIM that the offer of Etta A. Myers to sell to the 2311 City of Anaheim the following described furniture, to wit: 24 11 1 25 26 1' 27 28 29 30.11 31 -1- WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has heretofore adopted its Resolution No. 2071 authorizing the purchase of certain real property owned by Etta A. Myers and located within the City of Anaheim which said property is more particularly de- scribed and set forth in said Resolution No. 2071; and WHEREAS, there are two apartments located upon said property which are now rented and that said apartments are furnishe by the present owner of the property; and WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to sell said furniture to the City of Anaheim for the sum of $200.00; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said property will not be utilized by the City for several months and that it would be to the advantage and best interest of the City to continue to rent said property until it can be used for other oublic purposes by the City, and that it would be to the advantage and for the best interest of the City to purchase said furniture. CALIFORNIA Bed, box springs and mattress His and Her Dresser Chest of drawers Three vision mirror All window curtains and drapes. for the sum of Two Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($200.00) cash, lawful money of the United States be, and the same is hereby, accepted and that the City Treasurer of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to said Etta A. Myers the sum of $200.000 upon the receipt of a good and sufficient Bill of Sale conveying said furniture to the City of Anaheim.
