'HERL .S, the City Planning; Commission of the City of Anaheim
did receive a petition from the .,property owner__ xmoilOoxx
of certain real property situates; in the City of Anaheim, County of
O :c .ne, State of California, described as follows:
The northwest corner of East Center Street and North
Placentia Avenue, which is a portion of Lot 11,
Anaheim Extension, requesting permission to erect
a TRIPLEX DWELLING on this property.
The owner is Viola C.Ra.il, 128 Cherry Street, Anaheim
The property is presently zoned as R- A, RESIDENTIAL
AGRICULTURAL.
1 :THEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hear
in' at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said petition on
October 6 1952 notices of which said public hearing were duly
;riven as required by law and the :provisions of Section 2 of
the Anaheim iiunicipa l Coda; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation
and studies made by itself and in its behalf and after due consider-
ation of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, did adopt
its Resolution iTo. 14 reco :iiendin to the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that Variance Yo. 170 be granted upon the conditions
stated in said resolution and
WHEREAS the City Council does find that:
1. There a.ro exceptions or extraordinary circumstances
or conditions applicable to the property involved or to the
intended use of the property that do not apply generally to
tho property or class of use in tha Same, vicinity and zone.
2. That such a variance is necessary for the preserva-
tion and enjoyment of a substantial property ri possessed
by other property in the same vicinity and zone and denied
to the property in question,
3. That the granting; of such variance ?rill not be
:Materially detrimental to the, public welfare or injurious
to 'Cie property or improve-lents in such vicinity and zone
in tr'i±ch the property is located.
4. That the granting of such variance rill not adversely
affect the comprehensive general zoning plan.
PICr, THEREFORE, BE T RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that a conditional zoning variance be, and the same

The City Council hereby reserves the right to revoke such

granted for to term prescribed by the Anaheim Municipal Code unless
otherrisa sriocified herein.
