OF ANAHEIM APPROVING OF AND CONSETING TO
3 ASSIGNMENT TO INDIVIDUAL DRINKING CUP COMPANY,
INC. OF AGREEI BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AND DAYSTROIi INCORPORATED FOR INSTALLATION AND
REMOVAL OF ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION FACILITIES.
6 WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim entered into an agreement
7 rith Daystrom, Incorporated, a New Jersey Corporation, on the 21st

211 paid the City of Anaheim 2500.00; and
22 WHEREAS, Daystrom, Incorporated conveyed said property
231 to Individual Drinking Cup Company, Inc.; and
24 WHEREAS, by instrument dated October 13, 1952, Daystrom,
25 Incorporated assi7ned to Individual Drinking Cup Company, Inc.
261 its rights in and to said agreement and in and to all moneys and
27 properties referred to therein in or to which it has any interest,
28 claim or demand and Individual Drinking Cup Company has assumed all

obligations of Daystrom, Incorporated under said agreement; and.
WHEREAS, it appears that Daystrom, Incorporated. and Indi-
vidual I)rinkinT Cup Company, Inc. have not violated the terms of
said agreement; and.

distribution facHities for suPPlying electrical energy for power
and lirhting servi.cea to the eroperty formerly owned. by Daystrom,
Incorporated at 901 7 e:est South Street, City of Anaheim, State of
California; and
WHEREAS, by the terms of said agreement among other thing
Daystrom Incorporated agreed to pay S2500.00 to the City of Anaheim
to cover the cost of installing and removing facilities necessary
to the renderinn of light and parer by the City of Anaheim to
Daystrom, Incorporated, said. L2500.00 to be refunded to Daystrom,
Incorporated upon certain conditions set forth in said agreement;
and

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
That the City of Aneheim hereby approves of and consents
to that certain assignment dated October 1:3, 1952, by end. between
Daystrom, Incorporated and Individual Drinking Cup Company, Inc.
of the agreement by and between. the City of Anaheim and Daystrom,
Incorporated dated February 21, 1952.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim be and he hereby is authorized to execute a written consent
and approval of said assignment on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was signed and approved by me
