AND -'`�;7 ^rr: THAT Or __NA :LIE 1.1 ANJD D.ET����I I4T' 0 THAT A CHANGE OF ZONE IS 1TECS,SARY IN CERTAIN AREAS OF Tai.:', CITY AND THAT ORDIidANCE NO. 774 SHOULD H r 'i'D T �H CHANGE i, �1a.iv:':�7:.,.:� :'G :�CCO:iP.�S SAID 0� ZONE. -1- fi?1:EREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim clid heretofore duly pass and adopt a resolution declaring its inten- tion to change the boundaries of the zone hereinafter mentioned and described and clid fix a time and Mace for the holding of public hearings thereon in the ;Manner and as prescribed in Ordin ance Ye. 774 of the City of Anaheim, and did duly hold and conduct two public hearings to consider such -_proposed change of zone and clicl receive evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and "J:ERAS, within a period of forty (40) days following the final hearing thereon, the Planning Commission did duly announce by formal resolution its findings of facts and declare its opinions and reasons for recommending an amendment to said Ordinance to effect the proposed changes of the boundaries of the zone hereinafter men tioned and described; and ':HERAAS, upon receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Co pu ission, the City Council did thereupon fix the 8th day of July 1952 as the time and the Council Chambers in the City Tall of the City of Anaheim as the place for a public hearing upon said proposed change of zone and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said Ordinance iTo, 774; and T. HER AS, at the time and place fixed for said public hearin the City Council did duly hold and conduct such public hearing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be heard and d.icl receive evidence and reports and clid thereupon consider the recommendations of the City Planning Commission; and JRTAS, the City Council does find and determine that the property and area proposed to be changed from an R -1 Single Family Residential Zone than for East North Street. Zone to an R-2, Two-family Residential Zone, is more suitable for a two-family residential single family residential purposes, and that the inclusion of said property and area in a R-2 Zone will increase the value of said property and area and will not depreciate the values of properties in adjoining zones. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVM by the City Council of the City of :..naheim that all of the property and area situated in the City of smahaim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to-wit: North Sabina Street between East Wilhelmina Street and be chanzed from an R-3, Single Family:Residential Zone to an R-2Two-Family Residential Zone. 7E IT 7URTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to prepare and submit to the City Council an amendment to Ordinance :To. 774 to amend said Ordinance to accomplish the object herein found and determined to be necessary and proper.
