1952-19881 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 RI'SOLUTION NO. 19.82 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOS WHUEAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desir- ous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for pub- lic purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility pur- poses as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to sell said hereinafter described real property to the City of Anaheim for 11 the sum of One and no/100 (11.00) Dollar; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property. NOW, THFREFOR7, B7 IT R7SOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the offer of Charles F. Harbeson and Ruth C. Harbeson, husband and wife, to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly des- cribed as follows: An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and across a 50-foot strip of land across Lot 8 of the Anaheim Homestead Tract, as shown on a Map filed in Book 26, page 10 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California. Said 50-foot strip more particularly described as lying 25 feet on each side of the following described center line: Beginning at a point on the West line of said Lot 9 of the Anaheim Homestead Tract, said point being 510 feet Southerly of the Northwest corner of said Lot 8; thence Easterly and at right angles to said Westerly line of Lot 8, 280.00 feet; thence South- easterly to a point on the Easterly line of Lot 8, said point being 560 feet Southerly of the North- east corner of said Lot 8.
