SAIL CHAHGi 07 ZONE. ?TH RLAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim clid heretofore duly pass and adopt a resolution declaring its intan tion to change the boundaries of the zone hereinafter mentioned and describes? and did fix a time and place for the holding of public hearings thereon in the ;:canner and as prescribed in Ordinance Yo. 774 of the City of Anaheim, and did duly hold and conduct two public hearings to consider such proposed change of zone and slid. receive evidence ai7c1 reports from persons interested therein; and R:AS, �zithin a period of forty (40) days folio, ink; the final hearing t:iereon, the Planning Commission dicl duly announce by formal resolution its findings of facts and declare its opinions and reasons for recommending an amendment to said Ordinance to effect the proposed chalages of the boundaries of the zone hereinafter men- tioned and dscribed; and IfHEREAS, upon receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Co: :emission, the City Council did thereupon fix the 10th day of June 1952 as the time and the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place for a public hearing; upon said proposed change of zone and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said Ordinance iTo. 774; and ?fig ,RAS, at the time and place fixed for said public hearin, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such public hearing and did rive all persons interested therein an opportunity to be hoard and did receive evidence and reports ancl did thereupon consider the recommendations of the City 71a nning Commission; and '.T "p 'AS, the City Council does find and determine that the property .:end area, proposed to be changed from an R -1 Single Family -1- Residential Zone to a n R -2 Two Family Residential Zone Zone, is more suitable for an R -2, Two Family Residential Zone than for single family purposes, and that the inclusion of said property and area in an R -2 Zone will increase the value of said property and area and will not depreciate the values of properties in adjoining zones. NO';, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that all of the property and area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to -twit; North Topeka Street between East Wilhelmina Street and East North Street. be changed from a n R -1 Single Family Residential Zone to an R -2, Two- family Residential Zone. 10th clay of TE IT ,''URTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to prepare and submit to the City Council an amendment to Ordinance No. 774 to amend said Ordinance to accomplish the object herein found and determined to be necessary and proper.
