annexed to, incorporated in, and made a part of the City of Anaheim
and the property therein be, after such annexation, subject to taxa
tion equally with the property within said City of Anaheim, to

11 protests and objections to said election and the annexation of said
12 territory to the City of Anaheim, in the Anaheim Dulietin, a news-
13 paper of general circulation, published and circulated in the City
14 of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California.
