Hello Grace,
I am the Vice President of Natural Stone Resources, we have our corporate headquarters at 1800 East Via
Burton Street in Anaheim, and another location at 3321 East La Palma Ave in Anaheim neighboring Brewery X.
We have had the location on La Palma since June 2024 and have enjoyed Brewery X as our neighbor. They run a
very well-organized business operation from everything I have experienced. During busy times, they have
security to help with parking demand, and I have not experienced any parking issues on my property/at my
business, since we have worked together on this since we moved in. They do a great job of managing the traffic
and respecting their neighbors.
I personally enjoy visiting Brewery X, their rear patio is a very welcoming and family friendly experience, and
their management team is comprised of professional and friendly people. Brewery X truly is an asset to the
area.
As their neighbor (and customer!) we would absolutely support approving the legalization of their rear patio and
their minor addition to the premises.
