I am with Camelot Golfland, located at 3200 East Carpenter Ave. in Anaheim. We have had our business
at this location for 58 years. We have enjoyed Brewery X as our neighbor and know that they run a very
well -organized business. During busy times, I know they have security to help with parking demand, and
we have not experienced any parking issues at our property/business. We enjoy Brewery X, their rear
patio, their management, and what they do. They are truly an asset to the area.
Please approve the legalization of their rear patio and minor addition.
