Stephen J. Teliska, Beverley Z. rant, Joann �ldr�ell,
Leon Bennett, Mathilda Bart, Henry A. Mane
have filed with the City Council a written request, requesting the
consent of the City Council of the City of Anaheim to the commence-
ment of proceedings for the annexation of the hereinafter described
territory to the City of Anaheim, and stating that said territory is
inhabited territory and is contiguous to the City of Anaheim, and
WHEREAS the City Council does find and determine that it
would be to the advantage and benefit of the City of Anaheim and to
the qualified electors residing within said territory to permit the
above named proponents to commence proceedings for the annexation of
said territory to the City of Anaheim, upon the conditions herein
after set forth.
i'01T, THEREFORE, EE IT RTSOLVM by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the consent of the City Council be, and it is
hereby, given to said proponents to commence proceedings for the
annexation of the hereinafter described territory to the City of
Anaheim, upon the following conditions;
First: That said proponents shall obtain the approval of
the County Boundary Commission before publishing a notice of intent-
ion to circulate a petition for the annexation of said territory to
the City of Anaheim.
Second_: That no petition be circulated for the annexation
of said territory until after notice of intention to circulate such
petition has been published as required by law and a copy of such
notice and an affidavit of publication has been filed with the City
Clerk of the City of Anaheim within ten (10) days after the date o:
publication of said notice, and a resolution has been adopted by t
Oity Council of the City of Anaheim acknowledging receipt of s::.: c

notice and approving the circulation of said petition.
Third: That the circulation of any petition for the
annexation of said territory to the City of Anaheim shall not be oO-
nencecluntil twenty-one (al) days after the publication of said notice
of intention to circulate the same.
The boundaries of the territory for which proceedings are
yroposed to be commenced for the annexation thereof to the City of
__naaheim are described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the existing East city limit line, said point being on the
South R/W line of East Vermont Avenue and 1652 feet more or less east of the mon-
umented center line of South East Street; thence eastwardly along said South R/W line
of Vermont Avenue to a point of intersection of the South R/W line of Vermont Avenue
extended and east B/W line of Placentia Avenue; thence stouthvardly along east R/W line
of said Placentia Avenue 1200 feet more or less to a point of intersection of the south
line of Lot 18 extended and said east R/W line of Placentia Avenue, thence westwardly
along south line of Lots 18 and 17 2625 feet more or less to a point on the east R/W
line of South East Street; thence southwardly along said East R/W line of South Fast
Street 1740 feet more or less to a point of intersection of the South R/w line of Bali
Road and the east R/W line of South East Street extended; thence westwardly 3680 feet
more or less along said south R/W line of Ball Road to the east R/W line of South Los
Angeles St. also known as U.S. Highway 101; thence Southwardly along said East R/W
line of South Los Angeles Street tda point on the South line of the Ni of Ni of Ni of
Section 22; thence westwardly along said line a distance of 2440 feet more or less to
the east R/W line of Harbor Blvd; thence northwardly along said East R/W extended of
Harbor Blvd. 660 feet more or less to a point on the monumented center line of Ball
Road; thence eastwardly 5.12 feet to a point, said point being the east R/W line of
Harbor Blvd. on the Borth, produced; thence northwardly along said R/W line produced,
630 feet more or less to the intersection of the easterly R/W line of Harbor Blvd.
and the westerly R/W line of Palm Street; thence eastwardly 49.50 feet measured at
right angles to the westerly R/W line of Palm Street to the easterly R/W line of said
Palm Street; and the existing city limit line; thence southwardly along said easterly
R/W line and existing City limit line 156.68 feet to a point, said point being on the
existing southermost city limit line; thence eastwardly continuing along existing
city limit line 728.16 feet to a point; thence northwardly along existing city limit
line 671,45 feet to a point; thence westwardly along existing city limit line 299.62
feet to a point thence northwardly along existing city limit line 290.00 feet to a
point on the north R/W line of Vermont Avenue; thence continuing along existing city
limit line and the north R/W line of Vermont Avenue 1338 feet more or less to a point
on the west R/W line of Los Angeles Street; thence southwardly continuing along ex-
isting City Limit Line 66.11 feet to a point of intersection of the eouth R/W line
of Vermont Avenue and the west R/W line of Los eles Street; thence southwardly con-
tinuing along existing City Limit line and said R/W of Los Angeles Street 1077.35 feet
to a point; thence eastwardly continuing along existing city limit line 1231.45 ft.
to a point on the east R/W line of the SPRR R/W also known as south Olive Street; thence
1141.39 feet northwardly along existing City limit line and said SPRR R/W line extended
to a point on the north R/W line of Vermont Avenue; thence eastwardly continuing along
existing city limit line and d R/W line 2300 feet more or less to a point on the west
R/W line of East Street; thence seuthvardly continuing along exiting city limit line
-66 feet to a point on the south R/W line of Vermont Ave. thence eastwardly continuing
along existing city limit line and said south R/W line of Vermont Avenue 1685.45 feet
more or less to the point of beginning.
