A RESOLTJTIOI` OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING- A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHErT CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR THE WIDENING OF ROITEYA DRIVE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
for the sum of One and no /100 >1.00) Dollar; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheiu finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to
accept said offer and purchase said real property.
A portion of Lot 5 of "Miles Rancho" as
shown on a map recorded in Book 4, Page 7,
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California, and more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point of intersection of
the Southerly extension of the Easterly line
23, of Lot 5 with the center line of a 40 -foot
I road adjoining said Lot 5 on the South, said
24; road also being commonly known as Romneya
Drive; thence South 89 54 -00" -West along
25 the center line of said Romneya Drive a dis-
tance of 30 feet to a point on the extension
26 of the west line of North Lemon Street, said
point being the true point of beginning;
27!. thence South 89 54 -00" -West along the cen-
ter line of said Romneya Drive a distance of
28! 305.56 feet to a point; thence North 0 00 -38"
West a distance of 30 feet to a point; thence
29 North 89 54 -00" -East parallel to the Center
line of said Romneya Drive a distance of 305.56
30 feet to a point on the west line of North Lemon
Street; thence South 0 02 -38" -East along the

of 30 feet to the point of beginning.

1 be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the

3 City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said real property.
4 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the City
5 of Anaheim be, and he is hereby authorized to pay the owners of
