1952-19051 2 3 41 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 321 RESOLUTION 1:' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, ACKNOWLEDGING COMPLIANCE WITH CONTRACT CAF SALE AND AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE THEREOF. WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of the hereinafter described real property; and WH heretofore to wit on the 25th day of November, 1949 the City Council did pass and adopt Resolution No. 1709 authorizing the sale of said real property to George P. Grabill and Denisia B. Crabill, husband and wife, for the sum of Fourteen Hundred and no /10 (11400.00) Dollars, payable One Hundred and no /100 (41'100.00) Dollars down and Forty and no /100 (40.00) Dollars per month commencing on the 5th day of December, 1949, with interest thereon at the rate of six (6 per cent per annum; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the said purchasers have complied with all of the terms and provisions of said contract of sale and have made final payment of said Fourteen Hundred and no /100 01400.00) Dollars, together with the interest thereon, and that they are now entitled to a conveyance of said property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RTSOLVED BY THE CIT. COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM that the contract heretofore made and entered into for the sale of the hereinafter described property to George P. Crabill and Denisia B. Grabill, husband and wife, as hereinabove set forth be, and the same is hereby, declared to be fully performed, and the consideration for said real property fully Paid, and that the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to 28 make, execute and deliver a good and sufficient deed, conveying to 29 Hid George P. Crabill and Denisia B. Crabill, husband and wife, 30 the following described real property and p= remises situated in the 31 City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, and more (particularly described as follows to wit: i 2 3 4 5 6 '7 8 9 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 Ij 27 !1 28 29 30 31 321 A tract of land in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, including a portion of the SW4 of the SE4 of Section 3, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, and being a portion of Lots 33, 34, 35, 54, 55 and 56, of the Schaffer- Oswald Subdivision, as shown on a map thereof filed in Book 7, Page 41, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, and also including a portion of that certain abandoned Forty -foot street formerly known as Julianna Street, lying between said Lots 33, 34, 35 and said Lots 54, 55 and 56 of said Schaffer-Oswald Subdivision, said tract of land being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the north line of Past La Palma Avenue, said point being 30 feet north of the monumented center line of said East La Palma Avenue and 346.87 feet east of the monumented center line of North Olive Street; thence North- wardly along a line parallel to the monumented center line of said North Olive Street, and along the westerly line of Sabina Street, a distance of 435.84 feet to a point, said point being the true point of beginning; thence continuing Northwardly along a line parallel to said monumented center line of i orth Olive treet and along said westerly line of Sabina Street a distance of 134.16 feet to a point on the south line of Julianna Street; thence West alone a ling parallel to the said north line of Past La Palma Avenue and along the south line of said Julianna Street a distance of 116.69 feet to a point; thence Soutnwardly along a line parallel to said monumented center line of TNorth Olive Street a distance of 134.16 feet to a point; thence Fast along a line parallel to said North line of Fast La Palma Avenue a distance of 116.69 feet to the true point of beginning, containing an area of 0.36 acres, more or less. The North Olive Street referred to in the above description is the North Olive Street conveyed to the City of Anaheim by deed recorded February 1, 1926 in Book 625 of Deeds, page 367, Orange County Records.
