RESOLUTION NOo 72R-275
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM DENYING CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT NOo 1310
WHEREAS, the City Plar:nir;g Commission of the City of
Anaheim did receive a request for a Conditional Use Permit from
STUART D. NOBLE to permit a real estate school in conjunction
with a real estate office on C-O, COMMERCIAL OFFICE zoned property
described as follows:
Lot 4 of Tract 1758 in Book 53, pages 19 and 20 of
Miscellaneous Maps, recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Orange County, California.
AND WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a
public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon
said request on May 15, 1972 ~ notices of which
said public hearing were duly given as required by law and the
provisions of Title 18, Chapter 18.76 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code; and

WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspectionf in-
vestigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf and
after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at
said hearing, did adopt its Resolution No. PC72-97 ______

WHEREAS, thereafter, within twenty-two (22) days from
the date of the adoption of said resolution, a written appeal
was filed with the City Council protesting the action of the
City Planning Commission in denyin9 said Conditional
Use Pebmit and said appeal was set for public hearing on

WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such hearing
and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be
heard and did receive evidence and reports; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find, after careful
consideration of the recommendations of the City Planning
Commission and all evidence and reports offered at said hearing,
that Conditional Use Permit No. 1310 should be denied.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the action of the City Planning Com-
m~ss~on denyinq Conditional Use Permit No. 1310 be,
and the same ~s hereby sustained , and that the request of
Stuart D. Noble to permit a real estate school in conjunction with
a real estate office on the hereinbefore described property is
denied.
