desirous of purcasin the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: for the purpose of streets, alleys or
utilities or for eithr o any of salik and

said herei=fter decribed real property to the. City of Anaheim for
--a sum of One Dollar (.1.00); and..
HEREAS, the City Council of tr.e City of Araheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of 1.1.rlheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property:
NOW, THEREF0 E IT H:&3LVED 3Y THE CITY COUNCLL, OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, that the offer of Anaheim Union Water Company,
a California corporation, to sell to the City of Ilnaheim the fol-
lowin described reel property situated in tho City of Anaheim,
County of Oranee,pState of California, and more particularly de-
scribed as follows:
All of the water alley 16-1/2 fet wide lying
between Vineyard Lots A-7 and B-7, as per map
the recorded in Book 4', pages 629 and 6'30
of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County, Cali•
fornla, and extending from the Easterly line
of West Street, 66 feet wide, to the westerly
line of Citron Street, 49-1/2 fe wide.
be and the same is hereby accepted 1Dy the City Council of the City
of Anaheim on this 19141day of A prtl 1951, and that the
City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said. real. property.
BE IT FURTHER REBOLVED that. the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be and he s hereby authorized to pay the owners of
said real property, out of General. Funcis of the Cit of Anaheim,
the sum of Ono Dollar (1.00).
