WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim as contracting agent for the
cities of Anaheim, Oran *e and Fullerton and for the Buena Park,
Garden Grove, La Habra and Placentia Sanitary Districts did cause
to be published in a newspaper of genvral circulation, to wit, the
Anaheim Bulletin, on the 23d and 29th day of September, 1950, a
notice inviting sealed pro17osals for the furnishing of Amer-Plate
T-Lock Plastic Lined or equal reinforced Concrete Pipe, 1600 D-load
and
7THTTREAS, at the time and place specified in said notice
said sealed proposals were received and the sealed proposal of the
American Pipe and Construction Company was found and determined
to be the lowest and most responsible bid received and the contract
for furnishing said pipe was awarded to it upon the terms and condi
tions specified in said notice and a set forth in Resolution No.
1779 o f the .City of Anaheim passed and adopted on the 13 day of
1950, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim, as
contracting agent finds and determined that a written contract
should be made and entered into with said American Pipe and Cons-
truction Company in the form hereto attached;

THE CITY OF ANAHEIM that a written contract be entered into by and
between the City of Anaheim as contracting agent for the citiea of
Anaheim, Orange and Fullerton and for the Buena Park, Garden Irove,
La Habra and Placentia Sanitary Districts in the form hereto
attached and in accordance with the notice inviting said sealed
proposals ar the plans and apecifications for said project
