RRSOLUTION ADOPTING WAGE SCALE FOR PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACTS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 07 THE CITY OF ANAHEIM that in accordance
with the provisions of Section 1770 of the Labor Code of the State of California,
said City Council has ascertained the general prevailing rate of hourly wages and
rates for legal holiday and overtime work for each craft or type of laborer, work•
roan or mechanic needed for the execution of public work contracts within said City
or other public work for which said City is Contracting Agent, said prevailing
rates so determined being as follows:

paid not less than 12* cents per hour more than the journey-
man rate for the craft involved.
Riggers and Welders sane wage scale as craft to which rigging
or welding is incidental.
Any classification not listed above, not less than 1.65
The foregoing wage scales are for an eight hour day, forty hour week, time and
one�half for overtime and double time Sundays and legal holidays, except as other-
wise provided in the July, 1950, revision of the A.G.C. »A.F.L. Southern California
Master Labor Agreement and Supplements, which shall govern for such overtime and
ouble time pay and for the wage scale for foremen not otherwise listed above.
Properly indentured apprentices to any of the trades listed above may be em-
i• loyed upon the project with skilled workmen subject to the provisions of Section

determined as provided in said section.
