RESERVE ACCOUNT FOR CERTAIN FUNDS APPLICABLE TO FEDERAL PUBLIC HOUSING PROJECT"
and Resolution No. 1750 "RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE SUBSTITUTE SIGNATORY FOR THE
WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDS FROM THE VETERANS' PUBLIC HOUSING FUND", are hereby rescinded.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that any funds authorized to be
withdrawn from the Veterans' Public Housing Fund shall be withdrawn upon the
joint signatures of CHAS. A. PEARSON, Mayor and CHARLES E. GRIFFITH, City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Resolution be retroactive to
September 26, 1950.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this 10th day
