Dear Council Members,
As a resident off of Fairmont and Santa Ana Cyn of 30 years, I am concerned about the suggestions for Fairmont.
The off-ramp at Fairmont, if build will dump additional cars off the the freeway, depending on Waze and other apps, commuters will pop off, travel
Santa Ana cyn and then get back on at Gypsum.
The induced traffic, evacuation safety, and cumulative impacts reduce my quality of life.
Proposed developments near Festival, will add cumulative trips ( perhaps 4 per resident) a day. This makes it so difficult just to go to the market at
Festival and impossible during crisis management.
I don’t think the proposed Fairmont plan will ease traffic at all.
