Regarding the propos ed apartments at the Fes tival Project, I urge you to recons ider adding to an already exis ting problem of traffic conges tion. I have lived in
Anaheim Hills s ince 1975 with 39 of thos e years at the farthes t Eas t end. To say I have witnes s ed the increas e in conges tion is an unders tatement but mos t
importantly an EXTREME DANGER. We are gridlocked mos t afternoons with the traffic on Serrano Avenue and worry what would happen if there was a need to
evacuate. PLEASE, vis it our area to witnes s this for yours elves . We DO NOT have the infrastructure to s upport more homes & the added traffic it will bring.
