Do not click links or open attachme nts unle ss you recognize the sender and are expecting the message. Dear Members of Anaheim City Council, I am voicing opposition to the idea of developing the property, previously housing the Festival Movie Theater, into 447 apartment units. If any council members live in Anaheim Hills, and must endure the daily grind of traffic in this area, your choice would be obvious and clear. If you DON'T reside in this area, you have no idea of the congestion this will further bare on the residents who DO live here. There is no existing evacuation plan that will accommodate the number of cars and residence currently residing here, let alone the anticipated addition of approx. 600 additional cars trying to exhaust an already over-burden area during an emergency. My family has live in Anaheim Hills for over 52 years and have seen the problem escalate to the point it is now, barely able to negotiate our roads during work hour, not to mention if a fire the likes of Pacific Palisades should impact our area. The loss of life and structures would be unconscionable and unforgivable.... I implore you to vote against any plan or measure that would create this burden on the good folks who live in this area, already dealing with the daily traffic and fears of an emergency situation... Respectfully, Mike Jacobs
