As residents of Anaheim Hills we are adamantly opposed to any attempt to build a high-density 450-unit apartment complex at the Festival shopping
center where Shea Properties is seeking approval from the Anaheim City Council for a high-density apartment structure in the location of the former
Regal Edwards theater.
